The work we do here. There is a detailed description: Components of a typical wall 1. Metal frame: This is the skeleton of the wall, made up of galvanized steel profiles that provide support and stability. These profiles are joined together to form the wall frame. 2. Drywall: This is a building material made of gypsum compressed between two layers of thick paper. It is placed on top of the metal frame to create a smooth, even surface for decoration and finishing. 3. Insulation: This refers to the material used to reduce heat and noise transfer between the inside and outside of the structure. It can be fiberglass, polyisocyanurate foam, or other materials, and is placed between the metal frame and the drywall. 4. Wood Framing: Although not always used in combination with metal framing, wood framing is a traditional alternative for building walls. Wood studs and joists form the skeleton upon which drywall or finishing materials are attached. 5. Paint: This is the final finish applied to the surface of drywall to protect and decorate it. Paint can vary in color, texture, and type (latex, epoxy, etc.), depending on the design and homeowner preferences.
